As a Marketing Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, shaping the visual identity of our brand across multiple channels. You’ll design eye-catching visuals that resonate with our audience, from social media campaigns to digital ads, emails, and website graphics. Responsibilities

  • Develop and design high-quality, visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, website, and email newsletters. 

  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to align visuals with brand messaging and target audience needs. 

  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that capture our brand’s mission to provide affordable ferry travel experiences. 

  • Work with the marketing team to analyze the effectiveness of visual assets, making data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and engagement. 

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and apply fresh ideas to our marketing materials. 

  • Ensure consistency in brand style and quality across all marketing channels. 

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field 

  • Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and branding 

  • Strong eye for detail, composition, and typography 

  • Ability to create visually appealing designs for both digital and print materials 

  • Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus 

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams 

  • A proactive attitude, with a passion for travel and enthusiasm for connecting people to global destinations.
