We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Owner (Frontend & Native Apps) to lead the development and enhancement of our web frontend, React Native based iOS and Android applications. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences across platforms.

As a Product Owner you will be leading a Scrum team consisting of Frontend engineers and a Product Designer. You will design the Product Roadmap from vision and strategic planning to actual implementation and day-to-day collaboration with all stakeholders. 

Responsibilities 

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring every feature aligns with our business objectives

• Develop and maintain a clear, strategic roadmap for our web and mobile platforms

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Frontend Scrum team, guiding Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Reviews

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team of Frontend Engineers and Product Designers

• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across all departments to ensure seamless implementation and transparency

• Refine user stories with detailed acceptance criteria to steer the development process

• Conduct user research and leverage analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions

• Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for an intuitive and consistent user experience across web, iOS, and Android 

• Define, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success

• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, proactively removing impediments to ensure smooth project flow

• Stay updated on industry trends, frontend technologies, SEO, and best practices to keep our products competitive 

Qualifications & Skills 

We’re seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role with a strong focus on frontend development and native applications. The ideal candidate will possess: 

• Familiarity with technologies such as React, React Native, JavaScript, HTML is highly desirable

• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and using product management tools like Asana, JIRA, or Trello

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

• A keen understanding of the product domain, with the ability to advocate for business needs while keeping user experience at the forefront 

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and a focus on KPIs

• Excellent UX/UI sensibility, with hands-on experience collaborating with design teams

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a user-first approach

• Excellent command of English

Nice to Have 

• Experience with App Store and Google Play release processes

• Familiarity with API integrations and backend coordination

• Knowledge of Braze for mobile/web engagement

• Knowledge of Appsflyer for mobile download attribution 

• Experience with multilingual applications 

• Basic Knowledge of SEO best practices and guidelines
