To support our growth, we are looking for a skilled MarTech Specialist to join our team and optimize our marketing technology stack.

As a MarTech Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing automation, tracking, and analytics. You will work closely with our MarTech Development and Performance Marketing teams to ensure our marketing tools and platforms function seamlessly. Your expertise in tools such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc. will help us improve customer engagement, optimize campaigns, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our MarTech stack, including Braze, Adjust, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.

  • Implement and maintain tracking solutions for performance marketing, CRM, and analytics

  • Ensure data accuracy and correct attribution across all marketing channels and platforms

  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Tech teams to improve marketing automation and campaign effectiveness

  • Analyze user behavior and customer journeys to enhance personalization and segmentation

  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical solutions that enhance marketing operations

  • Provide insights and reporting to enhance marketing efficiency

  • Stay up to date with the latest MarTech trends and recommend innovative tools and approaches

Job requirements

Qualifications and key competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in a MarTech, Growth Marketing, or Digital Analytics role

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, attribution, tracking and analytics tools

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics is a must. Experience with Google Tag Manager, Braze, and Appsflyer (or similar tools) is considered a strong plus

  • Knowledge of event-based tracking, data attribution models, A/B testing, attribution and cross attribution platforms

  • Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, or other technical skills for data manipulation

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
