We are looking for a Junior RPA Engineer to support the development and maintenance of automation solutions that streamline business operations across Ferryscanner. You will work closely with the Senior RPA Engineer and business teams, mainly supporting our Finance department, while also contributing to automation initiatives across the company.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in RPA. You will be involved in the full automation lifecycle, from understanding business processes to building and improving workflows, with guidance from more experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities, mainly within Finance operations.

  • Support the design and development of RPA workflows for tasks such as invoice processing, reconciliations, reporting, and payments.

  • Build and maintain automations using UiPath or Power Automate and other tools.

  • Help test automations to ensure reliability and accuracy.

  • Monitor existing automations and assist in troubleshooting issues.

  • Contribute to improving and optimizing existing workflows.

  • Document processes, workflows, and configurations clearly.

  • Collaborate with Finance and other teams to understand their needs and support automation initiatives.

  • Follow best practices related to security, compliance, and data privacy.

Job requirements

Key qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in RPA, software development, or a related field (internships or academic projects included).

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, STEM or related field.

  • Basic understanding of programming/scripting (e.g. vb.net, Python, Java, PHP) and SQL.

  • Familiarity with at least one RPA tool (UiPath or Power Automate is a plus).

  • Interest in process automation and business workflows.

  • Willingness to learn and develop technical and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with agile practices is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Finance or accounting processes.

  • Experience with APIs or databases.

  • Basic knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS).

  • Interest in AI, OCR, or intelligent automation technologies.
