As a fast-growing international travel tech company, we’re looking for a data-savvy Financial Controller to join our Finance team and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, insight, and infrastructure. 

As our Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, enabling robust decision-making, and supporting the company’s growth through insightful reporting and forecasting. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide clear visibility into key metrics and financial results. 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate monthly financial reports.

  • Build and improve the financial infrastructure (processes, tools, controls) to ensure accuracy, efficiency and scalability as the company grows and support ERP-related projects.

  • Conduct financial analysis and performance reviews, delivering data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

  • Manage the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, aligning financial goals with company objectives.

  • Monitor and report on cash flow, including forecasting, while ensuring a proper invoice approval workflow and budget compliance.

  • Collaborate with the accounting team for monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Participate in the development of dashboards, tools and reports that enhance financial visibility across departments

  • Create models to assess financial impact under various business scenarios.

Job requirements

Required qualifications, skills & knowledge

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or similar roles

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools and accounting systems is a plus

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

  • Experience with SQL for database querying and data manipulation is a plus

  • Fluent in English
