Responsibilities

  • Customer support via chat and e-mail in Italian and English
  • Issuance, change and cancellation of ferry bookings
  • Entering data in company systems
  • Communication with ferry companies via phone and e-mail
  • Daily use of business tools: internal CRM, Liknoss and Certus software, Outlook, Sharepoint, platform for chat & e-mail management, Slack software

Job requirements

Qualifications and key competencies

  • Excellent command of Italian language (preferably native speaker)
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Eligibility to be hired in Bulgaria (Social Security Number in Bulgaria)
  • Advanced knowledge of PC (MS Office, Internet)
  • Degree in undergraduate studies, preferably in Tourism
  • Strong team working and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passionate about customer experience and satisfaction
