Ferryscanner is an online search and booking engine that helps people find ferry tickets to exciting destinations all over the world. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our CRM systems, ensuring effective customer segmentation, automation, and campaign execution. You will work closely with our MarTech Development, Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to drive engagement, loyalty, and conversion through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Manage and work with various tools, including Braze, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc..
Design and execute automated marketing campaigns, including email, push notifications and in-app messaging.
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Segment audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategies align with broader marketing and business objectives.
Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
Stay up to date with CRM trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Job requirements
Qualifications and key competencies
3+ years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Braze.
SQL knowledge is considered a strong plus.
Experience in setting up and optimizing automated workflows and segmentation strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Familiarity with A/B testing and performance tracking.
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices.
